In order to ensure transparency in the scope of personal data processing, below we present information regarding the scope of and the manner of processing personal data within particular processes.
Personal data given in all processes of personal data processing described below is administered by: Marketing Investment Group S.A. with its registered office in Krakow (31-871), at os. Dywizjonu 303, Paw. 1, tel. no.:+48 12 681 84 01 (“the Company”).
Contact form:
Giving personal data included in the contact form is voluntary, yet, necessary to start a contact and receive an answer. The basis of processing the forwarded data, depending on the contents of sent message, comprises a justified interest of the administrator in a form of the necessity to provide answers to sent questions. Personal data shall not be used for any other purposes. A part of activities necessary to phrase an answer can be entrusted to subcontractors, whereas, personal data shall be rendered available to them solely in the scope necessary due to the purpose of entrusting them, i.e. in the scope it shall be necessary to give an answer to sent questions. Personal data shall not be used by the administrator for the purposes of taking decisions automatically, including profiling. Personal data shall be deleted upon giving answers with an exception of messages that can disclose potential mutual claims. In such a case personal data shall be processed for a period of limitation of any claims.
Business contacts:
Giving personal data in order to start cooperation or perform an agreement concluded with the Company is voluntary, yet, necessary to start a contact and receive an answer in the scope of planned cooperation or performance of concluded agreement. The grounds for processing forwarded data, depending on the contents of a sent message, comprise:
– a justified interest of the administrator in a form of the necessity to reply to sent questions or direct marketing of own products;
necessity thereof in order to undertake measures upon the request of a person the data concerns (before concluding an agreement);
necessity thereof in order to perform the agreement.
Personal data shall not be used for any other purposes. A part of activities necessary to phrase an answer, undertake measures before starting cooperation upon the request of a person the data concerns; for the purposes of direct marketing of own products or performance of an agreement can be entrusted to subcontractors, whereas, they shall receive access to personal data solely in the scope necessary due to the purpose of entrusting. Personal data shall not be used by the administrator for the purposes of taking decisions automatically, including profiling. Personal data shall be deleted upon giving answers with an exception of messages that can disclose potential mutual claims or requiring archiving due to existing or planned cooperation. In such a case personal data shall be processed for a period of limitation of any claims.
Recruitment:
Personal data of candidates is processed solely for the purposes of recruitment. In the case of applying for employment on the grounds of an employment agreement, giving data in the scope stipulated pursuant to the provisions of the Act of 26 June 1974 – the Labour Code (Journal of Laws of 1974, No. 24, item 141, as amended) and implementing acts is voluntary, yet, necessary to conduct recruitment, and processing thereof is conducted on the grounds of the aforementioned provisions. Giving additional data in application documents as well as giving data in the case of applying for a co-worker (civil law contract) is voluntary and processing thereof is executed on the grounds of a consent, which can be withdrawn at any time without impact on the compliance with the law of the processing executed on the grounds of a consent given before the withdrawal. Candidates’ data shall be processed for a period of 4 months as of ending the recruitment process, in which the candidate participated. If the candidate gives voluntary consent to participate in future recruitments, their data shall be processed for a period of up to 3 years as of ending the recruitment process, in which the candidate participated. Candidates’ data shall not be rendered available to entities other than the entities processing personal data as ordered by the administrator in order to ensure proper service of the recruitment process, e.g.: IT services providers, whereas, such entities process data on the grounds of an agreement with the administrator and solely in compliance with his instructions, and cannot use the personal data for other purposes. Personal data shall not be used for the purposes of taking decisions automatically, including profiling.
Persons visiting our offices
The Company’s offices are covered with security measures, i.e. monitoring and building access control system. Personal data included in the recordings is processed on the grounds of legally justified interest of the administrator, that is, ensuring security in the office. A part of activities necessary to service the monitoring system can be entrusted to subcontractors e.g.: IT or monitoring services providers, whereas, personal data shall be rendered available to them solely in the scope necessary due to the purpose of entrusting them. Personal data shall not be used by the administrator for the purposes of taking decisions automatically, including profiling. Recordings are overwritten after a lapse of a short period of time and stored no longer then for 2 months, unless they include events that can disclose potential claims. In such a case personal data shall be processed for a period of limitation of any claims.
Persons, whose personal data is processed, have the right to access personal data, demand rectification, removal or restriction of processing thereof, the right to object personal data processing, the right to transfer personal data and the right to make a complaint to a supervisory body.
