VM Manager JD Region CEE South: Romania, Hungary, Bulgaria, Croatia

 

Responsibilities:

  • execution of VM standards in the JD shop network in subordinate markets,in line with sales strategy and brand image
  • preparation of display manuals, instructions, and comprehensive management of product display in showrooms
  • analysis and monitoring of the effectiveness of the product presentation and the market environment and competition
  • ensuring effective use of sales space for product presentation
  • building training programmes and conducting VM training for sales teams
  • managing VM team of several people
  • effective management of the VM office budget
  • planning and preparing new shop openings in terms of VM in subordinate markets

 

Our expectations:

  • experience in managing a team of at least 3 people (preferably experience in managing an international, dispersed team)
  • experience of working in an international environment
  • experience in visual merchandising min. 5 years
  • practical knowledge of modern trends and principles of VM
  • knowledge of the fashion industry
  • a highly developed esthetical and analytical sense
  • very good organization of own work, precision and attention to detail
  • willingness to travel frequently: national and international (average of 3 days per week)
  • English language skills at min. C1
  • an active driving license
  • flexibility, openness to change, promptness, resistance to stress
  • place of residence: Romania, preferred city: Bucharest.
