We conduct the survey to hear your opinions about what you value in working for our company and what can be improved. Thanks to your responses, the Board of Directors and Managers will be able to make decisions on how to maintain the best solutions and plan actions that, as much as the Company can, will make MIG and the entire JD Group an even better place to work.
The survey also helps us foster a culture of open feedback. With regular input, we can work together to create a positive work environment where tasks are completed with ease, and collaboration standards are upheld.
Every year, we learn from you what you value in your work and what you would like to see improved. We implement new solutions at several levels:
At the JD Group level
At the JD Group | MIG level
At the local level
The survey will be available starting October 21st. You have until November 10th to complete it.
You can fill out the survey by:
You can complete the survey on both your phone and computer. It will take you about 10 minutes to fill out. The survey is completely anonymous and available in the languages of the 13 countries where MIG stores operate.
By sharing your feedback, we learn what’s important to you at work, what you’re satisfied with, and what needs improvement. Filling out the survey allows you to give feedback that helps Board of Directors and Managers understand your thoughts on working conditions, team relationships, concerns and expectations.
The questions cover various aspects of your work, such as your relationship with your supervisor, the resources and conditions needed to complete tasks, feeling appreciated, opportunities for growth, your sense of security, and company communication.
By quantifying what matters to employees, we can set priorities and, within the company’s capacity, plan appropriate changes.
The survey is conducted by an external company, ETS, which guarantees full anonymity. Reports are only created for teams where at least five people completed the survey. If a team is smaller, the responses are included in the results of the next higher-level organizational unit.
For example, if the Office team consists of three people, their responses will be part of the Department's overall results.
The survey uses a five-point scale, from "strongly disagree" (lowest) to "strongly agree" (highest). Positive responses include "agree" and "strongly agree". Negative responses include "neutral," "disagree," and "strongly disagree."
You evaluate your direct supervisor and the environment in which you work daily.
"Workplace" and "work environment" refer to your immediate surroundings: your Team/Office, Store Staff/Store, Shift/Warehouse.
When the question refers to various aspects of the "company," it refers to MIG as part of the JD Group.
The survey results are sent to a system owned by the external analytics firm ETS. After the survey concludes, the data is shared in aggregate form with Management, followed by Directors and Managers of teams where at least five people participated.
The results highlight what you value at work and what needs improvement. This allows us to create action plans at different organizational levels, tailored to local needs and capabilities, and then proceed with implementation.
The results will be available to Board of Directors and Managers in the first quarter of 2025. Afterward, supervisors will discuss the results with the teams they are responsible for.
